Rob Innerarity is a mortgage broker and owner of LoansDirect. Rob specializes in Residential Purchase and Refinance Mortgage Loans. Since founding LoansDirect in 2003, Rob has helped thousands of customers realize the dream of home ownership. Rob's primary areas of expertise include Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, Debt Consolidation, Home Improvement and HARP Mortgage Loans.

Rob received his B.S. in Finance from California State University at Long Beach graduating in 1992.  Rob was licensed by the California Department of Real Estate in 1999.
